Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Use the Musiyamwa POS system only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the service.
  • Not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other party's use of the service.

Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Using the service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.

The Musiyamwa POS system and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LADS Africa and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LADS Africa.

Payment and Billing

Details regarding payment terms, billing cycles, and any applicable fees for the Musiyamwa POS subscription are outlined in the "Subscription" section below and your service agreement.

Subscription

Our subscription policy for the Musiyamwa POS system is designed to provide you with continuous access to our services:

  • Monthly Prepaid Subscriptions: All subscriptions are on a monthly prepaid basis. Payment is required in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Automated Alerts: We will send automated email and in-app alerts to remind you of your subscription expiration 10, 7, 3, and 1 day before the due date.
  • Immediate Logout on Expiration: Upon subscription expiration, you will be automatically logged out of the system and will not be able to access your account or any features until your subscription is renewed.
  • Data Preservation: Your business data and records are preserved for a period of **90 days** after your subscription expires. During this period, you can reactivate your account by renewing your subscription. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
Subscription Expiration - Important

When your subscription expires, access to your Musiyamwa POS account will be suspended. Please ensure timely renewal to avoid service interruption and potential data loss. We strongly recommend renewing before the expiration date to maintain seamless operation of your business.
